From January 2024 to September 2025, we developed the DIANA Apartments project, a modern residential and commercial building in a prime location in the center of Šid. The complex includes 32 apartments and 5 commercial units, arranged in a single building with a total gross floor area of 3,200 m².

From November 2022 to December 2024, we successfully completed one of our larger projects – the Diana Palace Apartments complex, featuring a total of 87 apartments and one commercial unit, arranged across four buildings with a total gross floor area of 9,200 m².
The project was fully completed on schedule, and all apartments and commercial units were sold even before construction was finished, highlighting both the attractiveness of the location and the trust buyers place in the quality of our construction.
